Location: north of the old city
Area: it’s in a quiet area, not much going on around
Opening hours: daily, from 9 AM to 8 PM (but 24h with a code or fingerprint if you have a longer-term package – minimum 7 days)
Parking and Accessibility: the space is located at the end of a small street and they have a parking zone in the back
Pricing: they offer different pricing packages – daily (249 baht), 5 days, 7 days, 1-3 months ; the longer the period is, the bigger the discount
Payment methods: cash or online on the website

Work Environment & Amenities

WiFi speed (tested): 193 Mbps (but there  were many people connected to it)
Seating Options: ergonomic chairs, normal size desks for 1 person, plus comfortable sofas and chairs in the common area and coffee tables in the cafeteria
Electric Outlets: there are electric sockets everywhere, all over the place
Lighting: very good natural light during the day as there are big windows everywhere; the artificial lighting looks more than enough
Noise Levels: in the working offices (there are 2) is quiet, in the common space and cafeteria there can be some noise of course and people talking
Atmosphere & Ambience: it’s a good mixture of office vibe and a cozy/relaxed environment; everything is new and clean
Temperature: there are ACs in all spaces/rooms and the temperature is really nice, not cold and not hot
Free Amenities: free water and instant coffee, locker, fridge
Staff: friendly, speaks very good English

Facilities and Services

Meeting Rooms: there are 2 small Skype rooms and one meeting room for up to 8 people (with video conferencing system and a whiteboard)
Break Areas: there is a kitchen, a common area with water/tea/coffee, a very nice coffee shop with coffee drinks, juices and sweets/cookies
Additional Services: a big printing machine that you can connect to through an app, you can rent monitors
Security: surveillance cameras, lockers, 24/7 access through code
