Opening hours: daily, from 7 AM to 2 AM (except Sunday which is a shorter day)
Parking and Accessibility: there is some space for motorbike parking outside
Pricing: they offer different pricing packages – daily (150k VND), 5 days, 30 days, 90 days ; the longer the period is, the bigger the discount
Payment methods: cash, card or local bank transfer

Work Environment & Amenities

WiFi speed (tested): 300 Mbps (but there  were a lot of people connected at that time)
Seating Options: ergonomic chairs, normal-size desks, plus comfortable chairs and bean bags in the social area and in the cafeteria
Electric Outlets: there are electric sockets everywhere
Lighting: very good natural light during the day as there are big windows everywhere; the artificial lighting looks more than enough
Noise Levels: in the working office (one big office) is quiet, in the common space and cafeteria there can be some noise  and people talking/socializing
Atmosphere & Ambience: it’s a good friendly office vibe and a relaxed environment; everything looks new and clean
Temperature: I was in the rainy/winter time and the temperature was good by default but there are fans and ACs everywhere
Free Amenities: free water and instant coffee, tea, lockers; they offer a daily snack (fresh fruits) which is really nice; free monitors
Staff: friendly, respectful, speaks good English

Facilities and Services

Meeting Rooms: there are 3 small phone boots and one meeting room for up to 6-8 people (with a whiteboard)
Break Areas: there is a small kitchen area in the social area, a social area with water/tea/coffee, a  nice coffee shop with coffee drinks, juices and food/snacks
Additional Services: you can use monitors for free
Security: surveillance cameras, lockers
Community: there are social activities and sports activities sometimes
